RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made on jewishintampabay.com, owned and operated by Project M Ventures LLC.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the conditions below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds include the item price only (unless otherwise stated).
Shipping fees are only refunded when the return is caused by our mistake.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer either:

7. Exchanges
